An AI Agent Task Board is an online task management tool designed specifically for multi-agent collaboration scenarios. As AI Agent technology rapidly evolves, more teams are using multiple AI Agents to collaboratively complete complex tasks — but existing project management tools often can't meet the unique collaboration needs of AI Agents, such as inter-agent task assignment, status synchronization, and progress tracking.
This tool adopts the classic Kanban methodology, dividing tasks into "To-Do", "In Progress", and "Done" columns, allowing users to visually manage all Agent work progress. Whether it's an AI writing assistant, code generation Agent, data analysis Agent, or content review Agent, tasks and assignments are clearly displayed on the board.
How to Use the AI Agent Task Board for Multi-Agent Collaboration
Using this tool is simple: click the "Add Task" button at the bottom of any column, fill in the task title, description, assign an Agent name and priority, and a task card is created. Each task supports three priority levels: P0 (Urgent), P1 (Important), and P2 (Normal), visually distinguished by color coding.
When an Agent starts working on a task, click "Advance" to move it to "In Progress"; when complete, advance it again to "Done". All data is saved locally in your browser and persists across page refreshes. Combined with the Coze platform and Agent Bridge skill, you can also enable automatic inter-agent communication and task triggering.
Best Practices for AI Agent Task Management
Effective multi-Agent task management follows several key principles: First, each task should have clear input and output criteria so Agents know what "done" looks like. Second, allocate priorities wisely — P0 tasks should be limited in number to ensure critical tasks aren't lost in the noise. Third, regularly review completed tasks to evaluate Agent execution quality and efficiency.
In practice, we recommend establishing naming conventions for different Agent types (e.g., "Writer Agent", "Reviewer Agent", "Developer Agent") for quick identification on the board. Use priority tags to ensure urgent tasks are handled first, avoiding the common task-pileup problem in multi-Agent collaboration.
